Dr. Herner talking with a new patient at Herner Chiropractic in Nashua

What to expect

  1. Consultation and examination

Information about your medical history will be reviewed, along with what brought you in. The physical examination may include various orthopedic tests. From this Dr. Herner identifies which structures are involved: muscles, joints, ligaments, nerves or discs.

  2. Labs and testing

Dr. Herner is fully qualified to diagnose physical conditions and to order diagnostics. If further tests would help identify the cause, Dr. Herner orders them: X‑rays, an MRI, a CT scan, a nerve function test, ultrasound or blood work.

  3. Diagnosis and plan

Dr. Herner reviews the findings with you and forms a treatment plan tailored to your condition and goals. If your condition requires assessment by another specialist, a referral will be made.
